Submit a Complaint

Customers may submit a complaint at any time (24/7) through the following channels during official working hours:

Please note that complaints will be processed within a maximum period of 30 days. If the customer is not satisfied with the company’s response, they have the right to escalate the complaint to the competent court or to the Central Bank of Jordan through the following channels:

In compliance with PCI Security Council standards, please don't send the Credit Card data through tickets, data such as ( expiry date of your credit or debit card, its full number and CVV ). MadfoatCom recommends masking PAN data (Example:123456xxxxxx1234).
