eFAWATEERcom may change these Terms of Use and other guidelines and rules posted on the Product from time to time. Your continued access or use of the Product constitutes your acceptance of such changes. Your access and use of the Product will be subject to the current version of the Terms of Use, rules, and guidelines posted on the Product at the time of such use. If you breach any of the Terms of Use, your authorization to access or use this Product shall automatically terminate.

Return/Refund Policy

Both the Client and we have the right to terminate any Services Agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that are already underway. No refunds or returns shall be offered where a Service is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway. These terms and conditions form part of the Agreement between the Client and the Company. Your access to this Product indicates your understanding of, agreement to, and acceptance of the Disclaimer Notice and the full terms and conditions contained herein. Your statutory Consumer Rights are unaffected.

MadfoatCom takes the necessary and appropriate measures to ensure the security of your account and the confidentiality of your information to protect them from any unauthorized use.   • In case you received a suspicious email or SMS asking you for your personal details or account information, do not reply or click on any link and report it directly to MadfoatCom.
  • To verify our identity, always ensure you are accessing the correct official website. The URL should begin with  https://www.efawateercom.jo/Portal , and look for the Security Certificate before entering the user name and password. To view the security certificate, click on the "lock"  icon next to the URL of your browser.
  • Use your personal computer/phone to access eFAWATEERcom and avoid using public computers or connecting to a public wireless connection. 

Reporting Electronic Fraud Attempts

If you receive any suspicious emails, SMS, or calls claiming to be from MadfoatCom/eFAWATEERcom asking you to disclose or update your account information, please do not respond or disclose your information and report it directly by forwarding the e-mail to info@Madfooat.com or by calling us on telephone:  +962 6 5548483


 To Protect Your Account and Identity

  • Password is considered the primary key to log into your account. Therefore, select a complex password that is difficult for others to guess.
  • Use letters, numbers and special characters [such as !,@, #,$, %, ^, &,* (, )] when selecting your password.
  • Please change your password periodically and avoid using old passwords.
  • Never share/disclose your login name and password with others.
  • Always ensure to log out from your account on the eFAWATEERcom website and never leave the PC unattended when logged on.
  • Never disclose your personal or payment information, SMS OTP’s, banking information to unknown persons, even if they claim to be calling from legitimate companies.
