New eFAWATEERcom App Update: A Faster and Easier Experience for Every User
As Jordan’s digital payment ecosystem continues to evolve and witness significant growth in the use of real-time payment systems, MadfoatCom has launched a major update to the eFAWATEERcom mobile application, delivering a smoother, more streamlined experience for its users.
With nearly 5 million active users, the new app update now enables access to all e-services from a single hub, with simplified steps to select the service, choose the biller, and complete payments swiftly and effortlessly.
The enhanced app provides clear, accurate information for every transaction, along with advanced features to easily track the number and value of payments.
MadfoatCom stated that the update gives users greater control over their app experience, including customizable display modes (dark or light), the ability to set a default payment account for quicker transactions, and access to detailed analytics for all payment activities.
Additionally, users can now benefit from an improved payment flow, offering more flexibility and convenience, saving both time and effort.
According to the latest official figures, eFAWATEERcom processed approximately 64.39 million transactions in the first 11 months of 2025, with a total payment value of JOD 14.39 billion.
The platform now supports 676 billers and provides access to 2,310 services.
